DAAD-Preis 2024
This year's DAAD Prize for outstanding achievements by international students goes to Ekaterina Artemeva. The student was awarded for her outstanding achievements and great social engagement.
Miss Artemeva combines academic achievement with social engagement in an outstanding manner. She stands out thanks to her above-average motivation, high intellect, and analytical skills. In addition, she shows a strong interest in her subject and other disciplines that goes far beyond the requirements of her studies. Particularly noteworthy is her volunteer work, for example in a project for children with a migrant background.
The selection committee recognized her exceptional social and community involvement as well as her excellent academic performance. Her nomination by a fellow student and the consistently positive reviews from the faculty, which praise both her academic and social qualifications, underscore how highly she is regarded as a person.
